Perfect Scrambled Egg
Method: Lightly whisk the eggs, cream and a pinch of salt together. Add the butter to a non-stick frying pan. Allow it to melt but not turn brown.

Method: Bring the saucepan of water and vinegar to boil and then turn down to a very low simmer. Break the egg into a cup

Method: Place the egg in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to a gentle simmer for 3-7 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs cooked.
